Triathlon on Sunday 4th October 2009 & Sunday 14th October 2012. 

Raising much needed funds for Hope and Homes for Children, a charity that is making a real difference to the lives of orphaned and abandoned across Central and Eastern Europe and Africa. The triathlon was no easy feat, a 400m swim followed by a 21km cycle and a 5km run.
